Pettit Properties has been renting to OSU Students for over 20 years. Our Apartments are centrally located, just a short walk to campus. The properties are family-owned and managed by David and Bobbie Jo Pettit.

The units range in size from one to eight bedrooms. Location and style vary from unit to unit.
Rental showings and Lease signings begin the end of Fall Quarter. All Leases are 12 months, and begin in early August.
